We have three great events planned!  We hope you will join them all, but there should be something for everyone.

Friday, September 27:  Homecoming Tailgate (5 p.m.) & Homecoming Game (7 p.m.)

Come back to T.J. and enjoy the homecoming tailgate and game with our T.J. classmates!  

At 5 p.m., we will tailgate with the Thomas Jefferson Partnership Fund.  Get pumped over catered BBQ, lawn games, and face painting.  Tailgate tickets are FREE, so be sure to bring your family along with you!

The game starts at 7 and we will be sitting on the far side of the announcer’s box with a T.J. 1994 banner. Re-live the excitement of the homecoming week and football, marching band, pep band, cheerleading, sitting in the stands with your friends, bad hot dogs and hot chocolate….  Wear your T.J. gear (you know you still have some) and come out and cheer.  The camaraderie will be great!

Saturday, September 28:  Main Reunion Event, Open Road Grill, 8-12 p.m.

Come for the company and enjoy the award-winning food at Open Road Grill in Merrifield.  We’ve rented an amazing outdoor (heated, covered space) that is ours alone for reminiscing or carousing.  Tickets are $75/person and food & drink are included, so come hungry/book a babysitter/take a rideshare.  We already have almost 100 RSVPs, and are so excited to re-connect with our classmates.

Sunday, September 29:  Family-Friendly Reunion Event, Frying Pan Park, 12-4 p.m.

There will be something for everyone at our Sunday family-friendly event!  Join us at Frying Pan Park in Herndon.  We’ve rented out the Visitor’s Center for rain or shine fun. We’ll bring the beverages (wine – we got a liquor license, soda, and juice boxes) and dessert and you bring your lunch.  (Just leave your peanut butter at home, this is an allergy friendly event!)  Frying Pan Park has farm animals, hayrides, a carousel, a playground, and a country store for the littles.  We’ll have crafts for kids and some good 1990-1994 tunes for the adults.  Tickets are $30/family (regardless of size).  We already have over 75 families coming!

Class Gift

We’d love to give back to T.J.!  We are suggesting a class gift of $25 for each class member who attends the reunion in recognition of our 25thanniversary. Join those class members for whom it is possible with a leadership gift of $250 ($10/year since we graduated). Last reunion year, we raised $21,562.22 for TJ – let’s aim to exceed that this year!
